I then 9/10 have to go to JACs.","additional_details":"Employers only need to CONSIDER reasonable adjustments and NOT make them.\r\nDisabilities are not controlled or chosen yet I have found that the time I have required off with my disabilities will be similar to someone who has chosen to have children, and they remain safe in their role where as I will be let go.
