Closed petition Ban alcohol consumption in Parade Gardens near the children's play area

I have witnessed over the last 3 years excessive drinking and drug taking by a large group of people starting from the early morning in Parade Gardens. They are fighting daily and using the bushes as toilets in front of children. Parents and dog walkers are intimidated and scared to use the park.
