Closed petition Allow affordable shops in Jersey in their own right

Jersey is in desperate need of affordable shops. It is better to shop when off island in affordable shops in UK or shop online but some can't afford to get off island. People need some affordable shops in the island in their own right & not under a monopoly which only serves to keep the prices high.
