Transitioning away from fossil fuels is inevitable. Although many options and solutions are available to Islanders, these are financially out of reach for the average household. Introducing significant subsidies on green initiatives and gradual taxes on carbon emission will drive positive change.

Jersey has an opportunity to be a global environmental leader, setting an example to the world. We have a beautiful natural Island with many renewable energy and green options available to us. It is our responsibility to lead the way to a cleaner future which will ultimately benefit future generations and our beautiful Island
