Closed petition Refund Mr Ivor Barette in full for the treatment he received from Planning.

Mr Barette's dispute with Planning cost him a £50,000 fine and much more in other costs. The process was extremely unfair and a great strain. The Complaints Board found Planning officials oppressive and discriminatory. Do the decent thing and compensate Mr Barette in full.
