Closed petition Make retailers remove the equivalent of VAT from UK pre-priced items

Retailers should not be allowed to simply charge the equivalent of UK VAT inclusive prices, which shoppers then also have GST added to. Pricing should be transparent. The VAT element should be deducted, the item re-priced & GST applied.
