Closed petition Stop States Members' free parking permits to combat congestion.

A new initiative to combat issues the public face every day by ensuring our political leaders face the same problems as the people who they claim to represent! Currently States Members are given parking permits which allow them to use any public parking area for free whilst 'on States business'.
