Closed petition Amend the mandatory road worthiness tests only for those travelling to Europe

The new MOT style tests are being put into place so that islanders can still drive in Europe after brexit.
Therefore; only those wishing to take their vehicle abroad should be checked and a certificate obtained which should be shown to the ferry company upon departure.
