Closed petition Create and Open a Japanese style Dog Park at a suitable location in Jersey

There are thousands of dogs in Jersey and sometimes beaches and paths are not enclosed enough to be suitable for dog socialising. Socialising is so important for puppies development into friendly and confident dogs which increases the wellbeing of dogs and owners throughout their lives. Controlling socialising in a safe environment by dog weight, like a Japanese Dog Park, would be beneficial to Jersey and take the pressure off of beaches and paths where sometimes aggressive interactions occur.
