Closed petition To allow lifeboat crew members to have sirens to get to lifeboat quicker

Yesterday whilst driving through the tunnel there was a blue Ford focus with blue lights flashing as this was a life boat crew member trying to get to lifeboat from emergency call out it was made extremely difficult for him even though he was beeping his horn.
