Closed petition Shops to open for 1st hour solely for the elderly and vulnerable

Many shops in the UK are opening 1 hour earlier to allow elderly and vulnerable people to do their weekly shop. Many vulnerable people cannot afford to bulk or panic buy and only need their weekly essentials. Please consider allowing shops to designate 1 hour at the start of the day to open.
