Customers have been adandoned. Consumers aren't backed by EU/UK laws; Package/Linked Travel Regulations. ABTA & ATOL won't enforce Covid-19 claims. This leaves many local consumers with little or no protection. States to investigate and act for the consumer, affording the basic right to refund.
