Closed petition Allow Covid-19 Antibody test to be given to anyone who wishes to have the test

Many people in Jersey are convinced that they have had Covid-19 this would appear to be the only way to confirm. It is known that the PCR test is only relative whilst you have the symptoms so a test too early or too late would show a negative result when a person has indeed had the Covid-19 Virus
