This is a petition for the States of Jersey to step in and help our Jersey Zoo from the financial struggles it has suffered and is still suffering due to COVID-19.
It is not right that the government have stepped in for other large businesses and not our beloved Durrell.

With an 80% reduction in income, Jersey Zoo urgently need help to ensure they can survive.
It costs £4,273 per day to look after the 1,285 animals at Jersey Zoo.
Jersey Zoo is an important part of our island and tourism and our government needs to step in, not just for the care of the animals and the charity, but for our island's prosperity.
