New hospital should be placed on Esplanade car park.

Area is large enough, easily accessed by public transport, lots of parking nearby.
Will cause minimal disruption during construction.
All utilities are to hand.

Area is sufficient for proposed facilities.
Easily accessible by ambulance & other services from both sides of the island
Staff accommodation can remain as is.
Water & Drainage already on site (existing buildings), electricity available at Westmount.
Existing hospital site should be redeveloped similar to the opposite side of Gloucester Street and sold off to defray costs.
The current proposed site options seem to be political rather than practicable.
