Mr Parker is in serious breach of his contract and is therefore subject to dismissal with absolutely no financial recompense due to him.
Please allow him to go immediately rather than work his notice.
As he has breached his contract, he also forfeits all rights to residential qualifications.

We do not wish to hold Mr Parker up in his pursuit of other challenging roles so would seek to let him go with immediate effect.
