Chief Minister Senator John Le Fondré confirmed 11/11/20 that Charlie Parker would not be receiving his residential qualifications, or any additional pay-out on top of his contracted rights after agreeing to resign.

We request that the States of Jersey reveal Charlie Parker's full contractual pay out, costs and any associated benefits he expects to receive upon stepping down.

At present it is not within the States' power to request this information as it is an HR matter. However the Chief Minister has stated that this information will be made available once the Chief Executive Officer has left his position, and the exact figures involved will appear in next year's Annual Report and Accounts.
