Closed petition Review Cost of New Hospital at Overdale Versus Warwick Farm

Due to Covid-19 cost why spend close to £1BN building a new hospital at Overdale on a very difficult site with bad access.
Instead build hospital at Warwick Farm site overall project cost should be 50% less
Why was Warwick Farm not on the final list and properly costed
