Due to continued increase in Covid in the Island, businesses that have had to close either temporarily or permanently which has had job loss impact. Its time to safeguard the Island and all local businesses so they can remain open & those curently closed to be able to re-open.

Restrict traveling to essential travel only i.e. health, work, family emergency, students & pets. Would just require paperwork in place. Businesses have not recovered from the first lock down & will not survive a second. Time to safeguard Islanders & local businesses by temporarily creating an Island bubble to get cases under control. Lockdown is not a solution as it will only increase panic for businesses, further job loses, businesses closing & have worse impact on mental health of Islanders
