Closed petition Reduce the speed limit in Corbiere from 40mph to 30mph

I would like the Corbiere loop to be reduced from 40mph to 30mph. The reason for this is I keep seeing dead animals that have clearly been run over as people are driving too fast. The 2nd reason is that this is a tourist hotspot and has a lot of pedestrians walking along the roads and in the roads.
