LPG/oil tankers moor in Jersey coastal bays for up to three weeks waiting for their next commission. Why should residents and tourists alike have to tolerate this “eyesore” in the middle of the bays? Not to mention the possible ecological disaster.

Not only are the LPG/oil tankers an "eyesore" for residents of both locations, but they could deter tourists from coming to Jersey. St. Brelade’s Bay, in particular, is Jersey’s “jewel in the crown” and one of the top thirty beaches in Europe. Let’s keep it that way!
The Government MUST stop these tankers mooring in both bays. Let them moor at the tanker birth with free dues if necessary.
