Jersey's 3 mile exclusion zone only extends from the shoreline. This is a shortened version of what the exclusion zone should be as prescribed by The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. I propose that Jersey establishes its true 3 mile exclusion zone to help protect our marine resources
