Often the transaction can fall through on the date of completion, leaving removal firms in a difficult position, not knowing whether to load in preparation. Keys are then available from 3pm resulting in late delivery and Saturday completion, which increases the removal cost significantly. In Guernsey, transactions take place twice per week, on a Tuesday and Thursday from 09:30. Moving this process to weekdays can reduce the cost significantly and increase removal availability.
