The hospital is overloaded with work on scanning and the waiting list is long. Jersey has private scanners, and these could be used to help reduce the waiting list if this can be partially subsidised by the States.

Patients could benefit from faster treatment instead of waiting while their health deteriorates, and nothing is done. People are receiving appointment letters for scans after they die. Jersey has private scanners and these could be used to ease the work for the hospital if this is, at least, partially subsidised by the States.
