Petition Enable PayByPhone parking durations shorter than 1 hour.
Parking charges have increased over the years and islanders needing to park for less than an hour shouldn't be forced to pay for a full hour's parking they don't need. PayByPhone app supports shorter durations and this feature should be enabled for Jersey car parks.
