Closed petition Make the roundabout at the top of Beaumont hill a filter in turn

The roundabout at the top of Beaumont hill is notorious for becoming congested. Most noticeably as people stop to give way to the right. Trouble is that each road is trying to give way to each other which results in nobody moving at all.

A simple filter in turn would resolve this.
