Closed petition Introduce a derelict and empty homes tax to encourage them to be sold or rented

Jersey has a housing crisis and while building new homes is trying to mitigate this there are still lots of empty homes. Introducing a tax on derelict and empty homes will encourage owners to sell or rent these properties.
