Closed petition Curb Jersey Water from imposing huge increases year on year

Jersey Water is a majority owned States company with a monopoly position. With all other household bills increasing, surely Jersey Water can be guided to fund the £48 million investment programme over the five years from 2026 to 2030 with profit rather than passing the cost onto the customer.
