We respectfully call on our elected representatives to

1. Urgently review the decision and its justification

3. Investigate the timing and process of the Ministerial approval
4. Enhance protections for residents in future decisions
5. Secure improved conditions for the development if it proceeds

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s about something that Ministers or the States Assembly is not responsible for.

Article 116 provides that there is no full merits appeal from the Minister’s decision from the Inspector with an appeal only possible on a pure point of law.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
